Hogwarts Legacy, the big upcoming Harry Potter game, releases this month after multiple delays and controversy surrounding author JK Rowling. The game’s launch trailer has now landed, showing off what players can expect in the magical open-world game.
Players come to Hogwarts as a fifth-year student in the 1890s, long before the events of the books. In addition to exploring the castle and learning spells, players will venture beyond the castle walls. The player character has the rare ability to see “whispers of ancient magic,” and this informs their journey.
